Connecting or adjoining room requests will be subject to availability and can only be confirmed upon check and will remain subject to approval by hotel management

Normal check in time is between 2-3pm at all the hotels and check out time is 12pm and Early check in before the normal check in time is as per the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability.

SIC – refers to tours and transfers on sharing basis

All Private Transfers are quoted as Point to Point Basis and should not be considered as Vehicle on Disposal unless requested

Waiting time for all transfers will be approx 10 minutes. Customers are expected to communicate any delays in advance. Additional waiting time beyond 10 minutes will be charges on hourly basis and the same has to paid on spot to the driver.

Meals requested during sharing tours will be provided at restaurants within 10-15 mins (1km) of distance from the hotel. As per the restaurant availability, meals will be provided in the form of Set menu, thaali or buffet. During sharing tours, restaurants provided could be repeated.

Any additional preferences such as meals, celebrations cakes or any other facilities should be requested before confirming the booking and will remain subject to confirmation
